Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a chia seed hot-candied mooncake which is prepared from chia seed lotus paste stuffing, gorgeous hot-candied stuffing and juice skin according to the weight ratio of (35-45): (4-9): (25-35). The chia seed lotus paste stuffing is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-100 parts of lotus seeds, 100-300 parts of maltitol, 10-40 parts of rapeseed oil, 10-50 parts of peanut oil, 10-30 parts of chia seeds and 1-6 parts of functional auxiliary materials. The inner stuffing of the multicoloured hot toffee is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100-200 parts of maltitol, 20-40 parts of rapeseed oil, 30-50 parts of cream, 10-25 parts of hot toffee flow core powder, 100-200 parts of clear water, 1-10 parts of multicoloured powder and 0.03-0.45 part of a food additive.
