Zusammenfassung:The optical device comprises an illumination module and an imaging module, the illumination module comprises a first shell, a light source is arranged in the first shell, a driver is arranged in the light source, a diffuser is arranged on the outer wall of the top of the first shell, and the imaging module comprises a second shell and a bottom plate. The second shell covers the bottom plate, an imaging lens is inserted into the second shell, a band-pass filter is arranged on the outer wall of the bottom of the second shell, and an imager is arranged in the bottom plate. The beneficial effects of the invention are that the light source is a narrow-band light source with low correlation between wavelength and temperature, and the driver is a vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) and an edge emitting laser (EEL). A vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSE) is low in cost, small in appearance size, high in reliability and easy to be integrated into a ToF module of a mobile phone camera imaging techno
