According to the method, the cost, income and benefit mathematical models of the whole county distributed photovoltaic power generation project investment project are calculated, and the factors are quantitatively analyzed; calculating the carbon emission recovery period of the photovoltaic project and the emission reduction effect of other pollutants, and realizing quantitative analysis; the method comprises the following steps: calculating a carbon emission balance index by monitoring carbon emission data and combining the carbon emission reduction benefit of a photovoltaic power generation project, and establishing a carbon emission benefit model; and the photovoltaic power generation cost is shared in combination with the carbon footprint of the PPGP in the whole life cycle.
