Image display method and device

The embodiment of the invention provides an image display method and device, relates to the field of terminals, and aims at solving the problem that a photo (image) displayed by a photo album application jumps in the process that a user views a currently shot photo and improving the user experience. The method comprises the following steps: receiving an operation of starting a camera application by a user, and displaying a preview interface which is used for displaying a preview stream collected by a camera; receiving a photographing operation of a user, photographing a first image through a camera, and displaying a thumbnail on a preview interface; receiving operation of a user on the thumbnail, displaying a second image at a first moment, and displaying a third image at a second moment; the second moment is later than the first moment, and the second image is an image obtained after processing a frame of image in the preview stream; the third image is an image obtained by adding a first element in the first
