Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a construction method and device of a superelastic constitutive model of a high polymer material, and belongs to the technical field of material mechanics. The method comprises the following steps: calculating deformation free energy caused by extension of a cross-linked chain and free energy caused by extension of a free chain by utilizing constitutive parameters of a high polymer material with actual physical significance, wherein the constitutive parameters comprise the cross-linked molecular chain modulus, the free molecular chain modulus, the number of monomers in a cross-linked molecular chain library and a free molecular chain movement hardening coefficient; and obtaining a mapping relation between the Cauchy stress of the high polymer material and the left Cauchy-Green deformation tensor so as to characterize the hyperelastic constitutive model of the high polymer material. According to the invention, a free chain motion hardening coefficient is introduced, so that the influenc
