Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for determining the multi-ring assembly interference magnitude of a composite flywheel rotor. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, determining the size of a flywheel rotating shaft; step 2, calculating the winding stress of the composite material rim, calculating the multi-ring matched flywheel assembly to obtain the displacement generated by interference magnitude after static assembly of each ring, and calculating the stress of each ring; 3, calculating the size change of the multi-ring matched flywheel after assembly, taking the size after assembly as the size of the flywheel in the working state, and calculating the displacement of the flywheel in the working state; and 4, calculating the stress caused by the displacement difference of the contact part of each ring.
