The method comprises the following steps: measuring permeability coefficients of an indoor molded standard Marshall and rut plate test piece under different voids, and constructing a function model between the voids and the permeability coefficients; determining critical drainage capacities of different rainfall intensities, different drainage layer thicknesses, different voids and different gradients by using a macroporous drainage asphalt pavement drainage capacity detection test device; constructing a function model among the boundary drainage capacity of the drainage asphalt road surface, the road width, the void ratio, the drainage layer thickness and the gradient; according to a rainstorm intensity formula and the two function models, the void ratio and the drainage layer thickness are determined; determining drainage design parameters of the drainage asphalt pavement stru |
