Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a mixed water quality pollution source screening method and system, and relates to the technical field of water quality monitoring. The method comprises the following steps: extracting digital elevation data of a target area; dividing the target area into a plurality of sub-grid areas; determining an upstream sub-grid region adjacent to each sub-grid region in the plurality of sub-grid regions; obtaining at least one water quality parameter of the river section of each target sub-grid region; calculating the difference degree between at least one water quality parameter corresponding to each target sub-grid region and the same type of water quality parameter of the adjacent upstream target sub-grid region; if at least one water quality parameter corresponding to any target sub-grid region and at least one water quality parameter corresponding to the adjacent upstream target sub-grid region have a water quality parameter of which the difference degree exceeds a preset threshold value, d
