Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a comprehensive utilization device and method for monazite type rare earth concentrate, and belongs to the field of comprehensive utilization and recycling of rare earth. The device comprises a continuous packed bed, a two-section type multi-hearth furnace reactor and a condenser, and an aluminum oxide chlorination reaction is carried out on the lower portion of a feeding port in the middle of a multi-hearth furnace; the produced aluminum chloride is used as a raw material for chlorination reaction of rare earth concentrate above the middle feed inlet of the multi-hearth furnace, the aluminum chloride obtaining cost is reduced, and the heat utilization efficiency is improved. The solid phase and the gas phase are reacted in a countercurrent mode in the multi-hearth furnace, and compared with a conventional gas-solid reactor, the system heat utilization rate reaches 80% or above, and the chlorine utilization rate reaches 99% or above.
