Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of metal smelting, in particular to a preparation method of high-purity metal vanadium. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a vanadium-containing raw material, a reducing agent and an additive according to a ratio of 100: (40-49): (6-10), then carrying out a metal thermal reduction reaction, cooling a product after the reaction is finished, and removing upper smelting slag to obtain primary metal vanadium; the preliminary metal vanadium is placed in an ultra-high-temperature smelting furnace to be smelted and refined, when the pressure in the furnace is pumped to 10-10 Pa, protective gas is inflated to the target pressure, a heating power source is turned on, the power is slowly increased till metal is melted, and after smelting is conducted for 1-60 min, cooling is conducted to obtain metal vanadium; and the metal vanadium is subjected to molten salt electrolytic refining, so that the high-purity metal vanadium is obtained. |
