Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for removing floccules in malt syrup, and belongs to the field of corn deep processing. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) adding powdered activated carbon into syrup, stirring and filtering to obtain primary decolored feed liquid; (2) adding shell granular activated carbon into the primary decoloring feed liquid, stirring at a constant temperature, and filtering to obtain secondary decoloring feed liquid; (3) cooling the secondary decoloring feed liquid, and feeding the cooled secondary decoloring feed liquid into anion-cation resin for ion exchange to obtain ion exchange feed liquid; (4) carrying out refined adsorption on the ion exchange feed liquid through adsorption resin to obtain refined adsorption feed liquid; and (5) carrying out vacuum concentration on the refined adsorption material liquid to obtain the malt syrup.
