The solvent-free peelable adhesive disclosed by the invention is prepared from aliphatic fluorine-containing polyurethane acrylate, a functional monomer and a photoinitiator, the functional monomers are norbornyl acrylate, lauryl methacrylate and isodecyl acrylate; the mass ratio of the norbornyl acrylate to the lauryl methacrylate to the isodecyl acrylate is (27-50): (4.5-22): 5; the mass fraction of the aliphatic fluorine-containing polyurethane acrylate is 27 to 55 percent. According to the solvent-free type peelable glue, the aliphatic fluorine-containing polyurethane acrylate with a specific content is adopted as a main component, the norbornyl acrylate, the lauryl methacrylate and the isodecyl acrylate with three specific proportions are matched as functional monomers and the photoinitiator, on the basis of ensuring that the solven
