Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-thermal-conductivity electromagnetic shielding carbon-series nano-film and a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially carrying out drafting orientation treatment, annealing treatment and calendering treatment on a planar carbon-series nano-film to obtain an oriented carbon-series nano-film; and (2) coating active points on the surface of the oriented carbon nano-film obtained in the step (1), combining an elastomer with the oriented carbon nano-film through the adhesive action of the active points, and retracting the elastomer to form a film with a vertical orientation structure. By designing the structure and the active points of the planar carbon nano film, controllable preparation of a vertical orientation structure can be realized, and the film has high thermal conductivity in the vertical direction and has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and compression resilience performance.
