Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses preparation of a modified recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor and application of the modified recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor in skin repair, and relates to the technical field of biology. The invention provides a recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor modified protein. The amino acid sequence of the recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor modified protein is shown as SEQ ID NO: 2. Based on a wild type aFGF, the recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor modified protein with an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 is obtained through accurate modification by using a protein engineering technology.
