The invention relates to an intelligent device and method for automatically labeling aluminum coils. The intelligent device comprises a longitudinally-arranged aluminum coil conveying mechanism, and a vacuum adsorption conveying line transversely arranged on one side of the aluminum coil conveying mechanism. The vacuum adsorption conveying line is sequentially provided with a plastic bag feeding station, a label paper bagging station, a plastic bag heat sealing station and a plastic bag adhesive tape pasting station in the conveying direction, the plastic bag feeding station is provided with a plastic bag feeding mechanism, and the label paper bagging station is provided with a bagging mechanism used for loading label paper into plastic bags. A mechanical arm is arranged at the included angle between the aluminum coil conveying mechanism and the vacuum adsorption conveying line, and a labeling mechanism is arranged at the working end of the mechanical arm. The device is convenient for automatic labeling of ne
