The low-impact multi-section-action connecting thrust device comprises a stepped shell, a middle push rod, a connecting disc, an unlocking push disc, an energy-absorbing buffer ring, a middle-section connecting bolt, an adapter screw sleeve, an energy-absorbing buffer disc, a head end connecting screw and an actuating air source pipe.
