The vehicle braking method comprises the steps that when a vehicle is braked, whether the vehicle inclines forwards or not is judged according to driving state data of the vehicle; when it is judged that the vehicle can incline forwards, a damping proportionality coefficient is obtained according to first pressure and second pressure, the first pressure is the pressure of a front axle of the vehicle to the ground when the vehicle is braked, and the second pressure is the pressure of a rear axle of the vehicle to the ground when the vehicle is braked; the damping proportion coefficient is used for representing the damping proportion of the front shock absorber and the rear shock absorber; and adjusting the damping values of the front shock absorber and the rear shock absorber according to the damping proportionality coefficient.
