The piston divides the damping cavity into a first oil cavity and a second oil cavity, and the second oil cavity is located on the side close to the inner rim; the compensation hole is formed in the piston; the throttling sliding seat is provided with a circulation channel and is arranged in the second oil cavity in a sliding mode, and a throttling rod capable of extending into the compensation hole is arranged on the throttling sliding seat; the cross section area between the compensation hole and the throttling rod is of a reducing structure.
