Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a manufacturing method for improving the forming accuracy of a 3J78 alloy wave spring for an aero-engine. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing a 3J78 alloy square stock and a set of forming punching die; the square stock is machined into a wave-shaped circular ring material through a forming punching die, and two positioning tongue pieces are distributed on the edge of the outer side of the wave-shaped circular ring material; a set of aging heat treatment tool is prepared, positioning stop pins are additionally arranged on the edge of a tool female die, every two stop pins form one group, two groups are arranged in total, the distance between the two positioning stop pins in each group is equal to the width of the positioning tongue piece, and the positions of the two positioning stop pins are in one-to-one correspondence; the wave-shaped circular ring material is placed on the molded surface of the aging heat treatment tool female die, the positioning tong
