The invention relates to the technical field of artificial cornea material preparation, and particularly discloses a posterior lamellar cornea implantation composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the posterior lamellar cornea implantation composite material comprises the following steps: (1) taking a pig cornea, cutting the pig cornea into round sheets, and cleaning the round sheets to obtain pig cornea round sheets; (2) taking a pig cornea wafer, cutting the pig cornea wafer by using femtosecond laser equipment, and reserving a posterior elastic layer and an endodermis of the pig cornea to obtain a circular pig cornea with the posterior elastic layer and the endodermis; and (3) soaking the round pig cornea with the rear elastic layer and the endodermis in a decellularization solution, and taking out the round pig cornea with the rear elastic layer and the endodermis after soaking is finished, so as to obtain the posterior lamellar cornea implantation composite material.
