Method of and apparatus for fabricating dimensionally stable, cylindrical filler bodies and expanded material

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing cylindrical body aiming at stabilizing size and its equipment. Said method allows the continuous manufacture, and has no need of vibrating substance in interior of machine parts. It is characterized by that it uses a kind of foil sheet, on which the perforated tangential points are horizontally disctributed along conveying direction, andthose perforated tangential points are extended toward horizontal direction, folded and sectioned, so that said foil sheet is kent in the form of cylinder, and then continuously rolled into the invented cylindrical body. Said cylindrical body can be placed in storage tank and container as filling body so as to increase the surface area of container interior to can prevent it from producing explosive burning. Said invented equipment includes cutting device, extending device and rolling device.
