Zusammenfassung: | A method for prolonging the service life of an ultrasonic motor and a structure of the ultrasonic motor are characterized in that the method comprises the steps that firstly, a solid wear-resistant coating is constructed on the surface of a phosphor bronze stator through a spraying method, and secondly, an aluminum oxide film layer with the thickness ranging from 10 micrometers to 50 micrometers is formed on the surface of an aluminum alloy rotor through a plasma electrolytic oxidation technology; a high-performance wear-resistant coating is constructed on the surface of a stator, and the surface of a rotor is cooperatively modified through a plasma electrolytic oxidation technology, so that the purposes of improving the energy conversion efficiency and the mechanical output performance of the ultrasonic motor and prolonging the service cycle are achieved. The friction interface abrasion can be reduced, the output performance is improved, and the method is suitable for different ultrasonic motors.
