The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a to-be-constructed micro-grid of a micro-grid resource map; based on the number of the pixel points of the to-be-constructed micro-grid, determining an effective coverage area of the to-be-constructed micro-grid; if the ratio of the effective coverage area to the total area of the micro-grids is smaller than a preset ratio threshold value, determining the optical cross construction number of the micro-grids to be constructed based on the effective coverage area and the total area of the micro-grids; and determining a light cross construction point of the to-be-constructed micro-grid based on the light cross construction quantity.
