The method comprises the steps that whether peripheral atomic operation is executed or not is determined; when the peripheral atomic operation needs to be executed, an atomic address decoding result is obtained, and a certain peripheral register of the peripheral register group is selected to be subjected to write operation according to the atomic address decoding result; and selecting atomic operation data according to the atomic address decoding result, and writing the atomic operation data into the current peripheral register.
