The electromagnetic sensor comprises an electromagnetic sensor shell and an electromagnetic sensor main body in the electromagnetic sensor shell, the trapezoidal ground plane electromagnetic sensor main body adopts a plurality of quarter-wavelength rectangular radiators and a plurality of quarter-wavelength transmission lines which are connected in series for feeding, and is used for receiving partial discharge signals from a horizontal 360-degree direction and increasing bandwidth and gain at the same time.
