Provided is an electrically operated valve that can be assembled at a low price in a short time and that can suppress wear during operation. The electric valve comprises a valve shaft which is driven by a motor to rotate and moves in the axial direction; a valve body unit provided with a valve seat and rotatably holding the valve shaft; a valve body disposed so as to be displaceable in the axial direction with respect to the valve shaft and seated on or separated from the valve seat; a valve holder that moves together with the valve shaft in the axial direction and holds the valve body; a spring member that generates an acting force in a direction in which the valve shaft is separated from the valve body; and a spring stopper fixed to the valve holder so as to be disposed between the valve shaft and the valve body.
