Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of an N-substituted phthalimide compound, which comprises the following steps: sequentially adding an N-substituted benzamide compound, a difluorocarbene precursor compound, a catalyst, a ligand and alkali into a container containing a solvent, and reacting for 5 hours in a sealed manner at 90-120 DEG C in an argon atmosphere to obtain a reaction solution after the reaction is complete; the reaction liquid is sequentially subjected to conventional extraction, drying, concentration and recrystallization, and then the N-substituted phthalimide compound is obtained. The method belongs to atom economy one-pot reaction, is simple and easy to implement, low in cost, high in reaction selectivity, few in by-products and simple in post-treatment, can realize large-scale production, and has a better industrial application prospect in the aspect of synthesis of bioactive compounds containing N-substituted phthalimide skeletons and medicines.
