The method is applied to a commodity configuration center and comprises the steps of receiving an information issuing request; wherein the information publishing request carries a commodity identifier, a version number, a publishing condition and a target environment of a to-be-published commodity; obtaining first target commodity information from a stored commodity information data set based on the commodity identifier and the version number of the to-be-released commodity; obtaining a first target commodity snapshot associated with the first target commodity information; wherein the first target commodity snapshot is JSON format data of the first target commodity information; and associating the first target commodity snapshot with the publishing condition of the to-be-published commodity to form first publishing information, and push
