Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a dual-wavelength laser ranging system and method based on a two-photon potential barrier. The system comprises a digital control system, a modulation signal generator, a laser, an emission optical system, a target mirror, a filtering receiver, a dominant wave amplifier and a difference frequency detection device. The filtering receiver adopted by the method is simple in structure, small in device size and convenient for large-scale integration, improves the sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio of dual-wavelength phase laser ranging to echo signals, and can perform sensitive, rapid and high-signal-to-noise-ratio filtering detection on dual-wavelength signals, thereby improving the laser ranging precision and simplifying the system. 本发明公开了一种基于双光子势垒的双波长激光测距系统和方法,所述系统包括:数字控制系统、调制信号发生器、激光器、发射光学系统、靶镜、滤波接收器、主波放大器、差频检测装置。本发明的方法采用的滤波接收器结构简单,器件尺寸小、便于大规模集成,提升双波长相位激光测距对回波信号的灵敏度和信噪比,能够对双波长信号进行灵敏、快速、高信噪比的滤波探测,从而提高激光测距精度以及系统简化。
