The self-sealing hose adapter comprises an adapter shell, a pressure relief head, a sealing ring and a pressure gauge, wherein the pressure relief head, the sealing ring and the pressure gauge are mounted on the adapter shell; wherein the adapter shell is provided with a step hole extending from the outer surface to the axis, the step hole comprises a round hole, a threaded hole and an oil drainage hole, the adapter shell is provided with a steering oil drainage hole and a pressure measuring hole which extend in the axial direction and are communicated with the round hole, and the steering oil drainage hole and the pressure measuring hole are not coplanar in the radial direction.
