The device comprises a walking driving device, a central monitoring device, an ore storage device, a liquid CO2 supply device and a liquid CO2 jet flow collection device. The ore storage device is mounted at the top of the walking driving device; the liquid CO2 supply device is surrounded at the top end of the ore storage device by a metal shell and comprises a CO2 storage device, a liquefying device, a liquid CO2 storage device, a connecting pipeline and a valve; the jet flow collecting device is installed at the front end of the ore storage device and comprises a collecting head body, a hydraulic rod and a jet flow pipeline connected with a liquid CO2 supply device, and a front row and a rear row of inclined high-pressure jet flow nozzles are arranged in the jet flow collecting device so as to achieve regional accurate collection of nodules.
