The heat-conducting wave-absorbing material is a C-coated Co composite microsphere with a 3D conductive network structure formed by carbon nanofibers and magnetic Co nanoparticles, and is prepared by adopting an ionic crosslinking freeze-drying-annealing process. The structure and the formation mechanism are novel, and 3D conductive network structure microspheres with different phases, textures and compositions of magnetic materials can be prepared by changing the doping concentration of cobalt.
