Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation process of disposable waterborne polyurethane gloves capable of being stably and industrially produced, and the raw materials of the polyurethane gloves comprise the following combined materials: (1) a flocculant raw material which comprises a release agent, a coagulator, a cross-linking agent and water; (2) water-based latex, wherein the water-based latex comprises water-based polyurethane and water; and (3) an anti-sticking coating, which comprises an anti-sticking slurry and water. The gloves made of the composite material have the advantages of being light, thin, high in strength, smooth in hand feeling, high in wearing comfort and the like, most importantly, the problems of edge curling and cracking in existing polyurethane glove production can be solved, stable production is achieved, and production efficiency is improved.
