The composite material comprises low-ash polypropylene, polyvinyl alcohol and composite grafted polypropylene. The composite grafted polypropylene is prepared by melting and blending acrylic acid grafted polypropylene and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene according to the mass ratio of 1: 1, and the ash content of the low-ash polypropylene is 0.005% or below.
