Compared with natural bFGF protein, the human basic fibroblast growth factor modified protein disclosed by the invention has higher stability and better transdermal effect, and has a remarkable promotion effect on wound healing and cornea repair; the human basic fibroblast growth factor modified protein has good oxidation resistance, can repair a skin barrier, and can be applied to production of anti-aging skin care products.
