Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel C/SiAlC ceramic-based composite material capable of being impregnated at room temperature and a preparation method of the novel C/SiAlC ceramic-based composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing liquid polyaluminocarbosilane with gradient aluminum element content; dipping the carbon fiber reinforcement in liquid polyaluminocarbosilane under a vacuum condition and at room temperature; pressurizing the impregnated carbon fiber reinforcement body, preserving heat, and performing cross-linking curing; cracking the cured preform in an inert gas atmosphere; and repeating the dipping-curing-cracking process, and gradually reducing the viscosity of the impregnant liquid polyaluminocarbosilane along with the increase of dipping turns until the weight increment of the sample does not exceed a required value or the density of the sample reaches the required density, thereby obtaining the C/SiAlC ceramic-based composite material.
