The main bottleneck of a carbon fiber composite material laminated plate is that resin and carbon fibers are non-uniformly fused and the pore content is high, so that the mechanical property of the laminated plate is reduced. Through structural optimization, the preparation process is improved by designing a rotary mold platform and a rolling method of a pressurizing roller in a tank. The device is composed of a guide rail trolley, a mold platform, a rolling device, a leveling device, a pressurizing device and a rotating device.
