Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a polymer matrix surface patterning method and a polymer matrix. The polymer matrix surface patterning method comprises the following steps: providing a template material, a polymer matrix and a precursor material of the polymer matrix; coating the precursor material on the surface of a polymer matrix; curing the precursor material, and forming a corresponding pattern structure on the surface of the polymer matrix by using the pattern structure of the template material after the precursor material is cured; the polymer matrix with the patterned surface is obtained. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the precursor material coated on the surface of the polymer matrix is cured, and the corresponding pattern structure is formed on the surface of the polymer matrix after the precursor material is cured by utilizing the pattern structure of the template material, so that the process of patterning the surface of the polymer matrix can be simplified, and the yield of the polym
