Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a machining method of a high-precision hardened face gear. The machining method comprises the following steps that a disc milling cutter is adopted for conducting pre-compensation gear milling on a forged gear blank; the forming molded line of the disc milling cutter is obtained through a generating method and a forming method; after gear milling, the gear is subjected to carburizing, quenching and destressing, and gear grinding is formed; and after the gear is formed and ground, the gear is subjected to surface finishing machining. According to the method, the tooth allowance difference of the gear subjected to heat treatment can be reduced, the tooth surface hardness difference of the gear prepared through the method is smaller than or equal to 1 HRC, the hardened layer depth difference is smaller than or equal to 0.2 mm, and the gear has good part fatigue strength.
