The flux core material comprises the following raw materials of, by mass, 70%-82% of high-carbon ferrochrome, 4%-8% of manganese-silicon alloy, 3%-6% of silicon carbide, 2%-7% of carbonized ferrochrome, 0.8%-1.3% of ferrotitanium, 5.2%-6.0% of graphite, 1.3%-1.7% of ferrosilicon, 0.6%-0.9% of quartz and 3%-5% of cobalt powder.
