Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) substrate with anisotropic gold nanoparticles coated with monodisperse ZIF-8 and a preparation method of the SERS substrate with the anisotropic gold nanoparticles coated with the monodisperse ZIF-8. The preparation method of the SERS substrate with the anisotropic gold nanoparticles coated with the monodisperse ZIF-8 comprises the following steps: coating the surfaces of the anisotropic gold nanoparticles with a cationic surfactant as a modifier; the obtained anisotropic gold nanoparticles with the surfaces coated with the cationic surface active agent, zinc salt and 2-methylimidazole are subjected to a self-assembly positioning reaction, monodisperse ZIF-8 coated anisotropic gold nanoparticles are obtained, and the monodisperse ZIF-8 coated anisotropic gold nanoparticles are the SERS substrate; the anisotropic gold nanoparticles are at least one of a gold nanorod, a gold nano dumbbell and an ellipsoidal or torispherical gold nanoparticle.
