Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a collophanite reverse flotation synergistic iron removal and arsenic reduction method which is characterized in that arsenopyrite and pyrite are preferentially selected out before magnesium removal on the premise of not influencing impurity removal in a main process. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding water into ground collophanite for slurrying, transferring into a flotation machine, sequentially adding a proper amount of activating agent, collecting agent and foaming agent, maintaining a stable high-entropy mass transfer condition of flotation ore pulp, and finally, selecting sulfide ore foam with stable properties by intensifying flotation process control. Rough concentrate with the iron content smaller than 0.30% and the arsenic content smaller than 200 mg/kg is obtained through reverse flotation, and the recovery rate of phosphorus is larger than 94%. According to the method, arsenic and iron are removed through reverse flotation in the beneficiation stage, |
