Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a preparation method of a fucoidin steady-state anthocyanin controllable release oral soluble film regulated and controlled by a pulsed electric field, and belongs to the field of food dietary supplement film preparations. The method comprises the following steps: treating a fucoidin aqueous solution by using a high-field-intensity pulsed electric field, then uniformly mixing the fucoidin aqueous solution treated by the pulsed electric field with a blueberry anthocyanin extract solution, and then treating by using a low-field-intensity pulsed electric field to obtain a fucoidin-anthocyanin mixed solution; adding a hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution into the fucoidin-anthocyanin mixed solution, and magnetically stirring to obtain a fucoidin-anthocyanin-hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose mixed solution; adding glycerol into the obtained mixed solution, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 2-4 to obtain a film forming solution; and drying and forming a film by using the film-fo
