The system comprises an image monitoring unit, an environment detection unit, an environment adjustment unit and a cloud platform unit. Fruit with poor freshness is found through the image monitoring unit, and a mail is sent for reminding; the environment detection unit detects environment parameters of temperature, humidity and illumination intensity in the warehouse, and when the environment parameters are not in the interval set by the image monitoring unit, the system carries out processing in time; the environment adjusting unit can automatically adjust the temperature, the humidity and the illumination intensity in the warehouse according to the detected environment parameters and the types of the fruits in the warehouse; the cloud platform unit stores shot images and collected data, analyzes storage conditions, fresh-keeping effects and other information of fruits and optimizes management strategies o
