Input/output port circuit and chip thereof

The invention relates to an input/output port circuit and a chip thereof. An input/output port circuit includes an input/output pad, a transistor and a conductive wire. The transistor has a first connection terminal and a second connection terminal. A first connection terminal of the transistor is electrically connected to the input/output pad through the conductive wire, and a second connection terminal is electrically connected to the other transistor. The conductive winding is electrically connected to the first connection end of the transistor.
