Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an aluminum honeycomb panel testing method, which comprises the following steps of: connecting an aluminum honeycomb panel on an electric vibration exciter, and capturing the displacement of the aluminum honeycomb panel by using two high-speed synchronous cameras; exciting the aluminum honeycomb panel by using a micro accelerometer and capturing response, and identifying the inherent frequency by using a peak taking method; in DIC measurement, a vibration exciter excites the aluminum honeycomb panel with sinusoidal vibration tuned to inherent frequency, so that the aluminum honeycomb panel resonates and vibrates, and a modal shape is identified; exporting the collected displacement data to calculate a working modal shape; and judging whether the aluminum honeycomb panel is damaged or not according to the inherent frequency.
