Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a multi-virus combined detection method and detection system based on diamond NV color center, and the method comprises the following steps: dropwise adding a sample to be detected in a sample adding area of a lateral flow chromatography test strip, combining viruses in the sample with a nanoprobe, when liquid is subjected to capillary action chromatography to a detection line, capturing the virus-nanoprobe by an antibody coated in the detection line, and detecting the virus-nanoprobe in the detection line. An antibody-virus-nanoprobe sandwich structure is formed, and different types of viruses can be detected at different detection lines on the test strip by designing a specific nanoprobe and a capture antibody; laser is applied to excite the NV color center in the nano-diamond, and a fluorescence signal is generated; applying a periodic microwave sequence, and enabling microwaves and NV color center energy levels to resonate by utilizing an energy gap between the energy levels, so as |
