A primer and a TaqMan probe are designed according to a common specific sequence of the innate transgenic potatoes, a real-time fluorescent PCR detection method for the innate transgenic potatoes is established, and the detection primer and the detection probe are utilized to detect according to the method disclosed by the invention to find that the quantitative detection lower limit is 20 copies/mu L, and the detection result shows that the detection result is accurate.
