Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fluorescence enhanced copper ion probe as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: dissolving 5, 10-diformylphenyl-15, 20-disulfonic phenyl metalloporphyrin (cis-MFTPPS) and 2-hydrazinopyridine in N, N-dimethylformamide according to a molar ratio of 1: 3, heating to reflux under the protection of nitrogen, reacting for 8-12 hours, cooling, removing a solvent by reduced pressure distillation, carrying out reverse chromatographic column separation, and dialyzing in a 1000kDa dialysis bag for 48-55 hours to obtain the target copper ion fluorescent probe (MP). The probe is simple in preparation method, mild in condition, simple and convenient in post-treatment, high in detection sensitivity and convenient in detection process, and signal enhanced fluorescence response to copper ions can be realized in a 100% aqueous solution.
