Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for improving high-temperature sulfur and chlorine corrosion resistance of a superheater tube and the superheater tube, and the method comprises the following steps: mixing nano boride, NiCrBSi powder and a binder to prepare a coating, and spraying a coating on the surface of the superheater tube by adopting a slurry method; and the coating is subjected to induction deposition sintering and laser remelting treatment, and the superheater tube resistant to high-temperature sulfur and chlorine corrosion is obtained. According to the method, a proper amount of nano boride is added into NiCrBSi powder, so that the microhardness and the thermal corrosion resistance of the coating are improved. The coating is rapidly solidified through induction deposition sintering, the dilution rate of a pipe base material to the coating is very low, and it is guaranteed that components of the coating are not affected. Through laser remelting heat treatment, remelting of a small number of particles
